In a na car On a inertia dyno. On a turbo car it will slightly due to the reduction in load causing slower spool up. On a dynojet you are simply measuring how quickly the car can spin up a drum with a fixed mass. The gearing has no impact since the dyno software knows the circumfrence of the drum and it knows how much distance it has travelled by the rpm of the drum. Weight of the car also has no effect.
